Racing in Poland again in Tour of Malopolska. A little criterium today before we start with the real stages the next three days. 📸 @weronikamtb
Time Trial of @radbundesliga2018 went much better than expected yesterday and put me into overall lead. Legs were good and I had good support.

Suitcase packed and ready to go to the @nuerburgring Nordschleife for another round of @radbundesliga2018 Trying to defend my leaders jersey there. Looking forward to race on that race track.
It’s important to understand what you are doing but sometimes it’s also nice to switch your head off and concentrate on suffering. That’s made easy when my Wahoo tells me what to do, after @paul_voss told the computer what I had to do.

Just for you to know: In 2019 I’m still a cyclist. Focus is on for Circuit Cycliste Sarthe, Brabantse Pijl and Amstel Gold Race with @corendoncircus
After Brabantse Pijl last Wednesday it’s time for Amstel Gold Race tomorrow. My first WorldTour Race 😱. I’m very happy to be there and to work for big goals with @corendoncircus ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀📸: Hans Deveuster
Throwback to last Sunday’s Amstel Gold Race. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the opportunity I had. I’m still in search of my top shape, but tried to do as much as possible for my alien-teammate in white bibs.

A nice picture to hide bad news. Yesterday on training camp in Spain three of us crashed on a bike path that wasn’t in perfect state. I broke my collarbone. Now I’m in Belgium and after a night with a lot of Netflix and pain and a little sleep, I will have surgery today to fix the bone. Hopefully everything goes well and I still get the chance to have season I can be satisfied over.
I did look forward to @dwarsdoorhethageland yesterday. It was as hard as expected with a whole day of straight forward racing. I emptied my tank 20km before the finish but am still satisfied about the shape after my broken collarbone. @elfstedenronde_brugge coming up tomorrow. 📸📸 Pictures 1&2:; picture 3: @cyclingcphotography 📸📸
Some impressions of my German championship race. Really tough and hot day. Thanks to the crowd at the side of the road and thanks to everyone who helped us in terms of material and bidons. I am satisfied with place 7. 📸Pictures: @the.cyclograph 📸
