hey there muscles...i see ya. chatting with a friend today about how low we have both been...how we’ve both fallen off the fitness wagon...the best part about falling off, is catching back up and getting back on. if you’re having a bad day and feeling bad about yourself...you have two choices: do nothing or do something. today i chose to do something and now guess what? i feel pretty damn pleased with myself. today i tried pwr 1.0 for the first time and i loved it. i was missing using the machines at the gym and a good upper body workout was just the thing!
