Something to focus on during this time of social distancing and uncertainty is self-care. My day starts with meditation and a homemade green smoothie. This drink is packed with nutritious ingredients and is high in antioxidants and fibre.
It’s easy:
•1 handful of kale (~50g)
•1 banana
•1/2 Apple or seasonal fruit
•1/2 cup blueberries
•10 cashews
•2 tablespoons of spirulina
•2 cups of water
*ingredients are an approximation, you can also substitute anything you like. Have fun with it!
